  The CBI QFLN-2(13) 1P+N Mini-Rail Surge Arrester – 5kA is a Class II Surge Protection Device (SPD) designed to protect electrical installations and sensitive electronic equipment from transient overvoltages caused by lightning strikes and switching surges.
