  • Accepted payment methods include EFT, card payments, and other methods as listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier availability, stock levels, and order volume.

  • Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer once the order has been collected by the courier or leaves our premises.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

6. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

6.1 Unwanted Goods

  • Customers may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

  • A handling or restocking fee may apply.

  • Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected.

6.2 Incorrect/Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund depending on product type and stock availability.

6.3 Non-returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Cut-to-size cable

  • Custom-manufactured items

  • Opened electrical components that cannot be resold

  • Items showing signs of use or installation

7. Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, power surges, water damage, or improper handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from delays, courier issues, or stock shortages

  • Consequential or indirect damages

  • Installation errors or damages arising from user negligence

Use of electrical products must comply with South African electrical standards.

9. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We collect personal information only for:

  • Order processing

  • Delivery

  • Customer communication

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

We will never sell or misuse your personal information.

All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms. We do not store or have access to your card details.

11. Intellectual Property
