 Key Electric Online-Electrical-Store’s Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:

You have 7 days from purchase to request a return.

Condition Requirements:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Light bulbs, Cut Cable, Alternative Power and Gift Cards/Vouchers are non-returnable.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are excluded.

Exchanges are permitted only if the item is defective or damaged. Contact via email (webstore@keyelectric.co.za) and send the item to their Midrand address.

Upon receipt and inspection, refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping:

You must pay return shipping costs; shipping is non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

For items over R500, they recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance—they can’t guarantee receipt otherwise.
