CCG BW Steel Gland No 2 (SWA Armour Cable Gland)

Designed specifically as a BW gland for Steel Wire Armoured (SWA) or aluminium-armoured cables, typically used in installations not requiring inner sheath sealing.

Utilises CCG’s Captive‑Component technology—a two‑piece assembly with no loose parts. The rotating internal cone clamps the armour without twisting cables and maintains earth continuity.

Crafted from nickel-plated brass, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Available in aluminium on request.

Supplied complete with a robust locknut to secure panel or enclosure mounting.

Engineered to comply with BS 6121 Part 1, IEC/EN 62444, and SANS 62444 / SANS 1213 standards for electrical cable gland installations.
